RATES

For Level 1 classes and Yin Yoga, we welcome students age 12 years and older.

For Level 2, Master Classes, Meditation, Qi Gong and 2hr Yin, we welcome students 15 years and older.

Please let your teacher know before class if you are practicing while pregnant, or if you have an injury.

Unless specifically stated, you do not need to book to attend a class. Please arrive 10-15 mins before the class begins.

Strictly no late entry.
