By addressing the root of burnout—a dysregulated nervous system and the weight of the Kleshas (mental afflictions)—we work to recalibrate your “inner instrument” (Antahkarana). Here, you will learn to switch from mental overload into a steady, crystalline clarity that remains unshakable. No more burnout.

This Lunar Path Immersion is a call to anyone who has forgotten the sound of their own stillness amidst the noise of modern life. It is for the overstimulated mind seeking to switch off a nervous system stuck in high gear. This immersion is also for you who are ready to step beyond the physical pose into the subtle mechanics of the tradition. Together, we will decode the architecture of the mind and the energetic forces of the Vayus to understand the structural science of your own inner stillness.

True transformation requires a bridge between ancient wisdom and structural integration. This immersion features four comprehensive theory sessions designed to map your inner landscape—beginning with the traditional foundations of Hatha Yoga and the Antahkarana (the inner instrument) before moving into the specific stages of The Lunar Path. You will gain a structural understanding of how Asana functions beyond the physical by exploring the Vayus—the five primary energetic forces that direct the flow of prana in our subtle pathways—with a dedicated focus on the grounding power of Apana and the centering force of Samana. We conclude by decoding the precise Pranayama and meditation techniques unique to the Lunar tradition, providing you with the energetic “blueprints” needed to transform your practice into a masterful system for mental stability and emotional resilience.

Twice daily, we descend into the stabilizing world of Lunar Hatha Yoga through Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation designed to soothe the nerves and sharpen the intellect.

By focusing on the “Lunar” aspect of the practice, we cultivate the grounded energy required to enhance focus and dissolve mental noise into a profound space of pure stillness.
