Pranayama training to calm the mind

According to Tantra, the foundation for both spiritual and human success is a calm and stable mind. This is something that is hugely overlooked in modern Yoga. These days, most practices, because of their dynamic and heating nature will take the mind away stillness and make meditation virtually impossible. In this video we will look at a fast and effective Pranayama technique to ’Steady the Moon’, which is the Tantric way of saying ’To make the mind calm and single pointed’.
