There are many benefits to having a calm and stable mind. Within the context of Tantric practice, one of the key benefits is that a tranquil mind allows us to sense into the subtler realms of existence belonging to the world of Prana. Management and ultimately mastery of our Prana is the cornerstone of success in Tantra. It is Prana that brings our practices to life and allows us to be a vibrant force in the world. In this video we will discuss and then practice an ancient technique for sensitising our minds to this subtle force.
