Practice You (Early Bird)

This workshop is an invitation to map your highest self. Please join me for a morning of exploration as we create space for silence, contemplation and journaling.
We will practice Restorative Hatha Yoga to evoke each aspect of being in our physical bodies, along with Pranayama and Meditation to build habits of observation and usher in our clearest vision. We will journal and create space to access our own intuitive intelligence, encouraging habits of self study and introspection.
You will see how well and wise you truly are, ensuring you no longer stay mired in patterns that do not serve you.
