Why do Women want to practice Yoga?
There are many reasons, but the simplest is… Yoga makes us feel good.
Many of the health and lifestyle problems we face today are because we are deeply disconnected from our natural life cycles as Women.
This leaves us feeling, tired, unmotivated, and depressed.
When we practice Yoga in a way that connects us to the inner wisdom of our reproductive cycle, it has an extremely balancing effect on our hormones, and helps us live our lives from a more balanced and empowered place!
For years now students have been asking me:
“Why don’t I feel like practicing when I am menstruating?”
The answer is…. “Because maybe the Practice you’re doing doesn’t support your menstruation..”
Yoga for Women is a month long course I have designed to help women practice in a way that supports the hormonal, physical and emotional changes we experience each month as we move through the four stages of our cycle:
The Follicular Phase
The Luteal Phase
I have designed this course to focus on each of these stages in depth, and understand why it’s important we practice in a way that is harmonious to them.
Using the methodology of Traditional Hatha Yoga,
MOON, SUN, FIRE
As the framework for the yoga practices that support each of these stages.

The Course Contains:
Each week for four weeks, you will be given two lectures and two practices that will help you weave your daily practice (Sadhana) to the phase of your Reproductive Cycle. This will enable you to practice in a way that feels supportive and nourishing throughout all of your monthly changes and know what to practice and when.
This course will also have a Swadhyaya component too, for you to understand your own cycle more intimately and use these practices to support you in your life both on an off the mat.
The Course layout:
Sunday 8th August 2021 at 5pm (Bali Time): Opening Circle: New Moon
Monday 9th August 2021: You will receive access to 2 Lectures and 2 Practices – Menstruation.
Monday 16th August 2021: You will receive access to 2 Lectures and 2 Practices –
The Follicular Phase.
Monday 23rd August 2021: You will receive access to 2 Lectures and 2 Practices
Monday 30th August 2021: You will receive access to 2 Lectures and 2 Practices –
The Luteal Phase.
Closing Circle: Monday 6th September 2021 at 5pm (Bali Time): New Moon
Weekly Sunday Zoom Sessions: 8pm – 9pm Bali Time
